Discover the charm of Tallinn from this cozy 35m2 apartment, strategically located just 270 meters from Town Hall Square. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, this apartment offers both comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
Unwind in the soft queen-size bed (160x210 cm) after a day of exploring Tallinn. Bed linen, towels, and post-stay cleaning are all included in the price. The apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with the option for a sofa bed, providing flexibility for sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with essentials for preparing homemade meals. Coffee, tea, and sugar are also provided. Request a baby crib or high chair if needed.
Enjoy WiFi access throughout the apartment. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Note that there is no elevator in the building.
Secure a parking space behind the building for 15 €/night (subject to availability). Pre-booking is recommended.
There is a laundry room in the building.
-A refundable security deposit of 100€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 50 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
