THE SPACE
Tucked on Kullassepa Street — one of the most charming lanes in Tallinn's Old Town — this well-appointed 1-bedroom apartment puts you just 50 metres from the iconic Town Hall Square. Step outside and you are immediately surrounded by medieval spires, cobblestone alleys, and some of the city's finest restaurants and cafés.
The apartment is bright and thoughtfully furnished, with a comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. The private sauna is the standout feature — a true Nordic luxury after a day of sightseeing, and a rarity at this price point in the heart of the Old Town.
The space sleeps up to 4 guests, making it equally suited to couples and small families. Towels, bed linen, and a final clean are all included. There is luggage hold in the building for early arrival s and late check out convenience. Parking is available nearby at 20 € per night — a genuine convenience in the car-free Old Town.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The building has a superb location, around 50-150 meters from either of the two historic squares. Dozens of restaurants, cafes and museums are just a short walk away, a really short walk away.
Tallinn's Old Town is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Europe, and the apartment is situated right in the middle of all the history.
GETTING AROUND
The easiest way to get there is a taxi (less than 10 euros from the port of the bus station, around 12 from the airport), 10-minute walk from the main railway station. Take a taxi to the tourist information (Niguliste 2, 20 meters from the apartment). Alternatively you can take a bus to the Freedom Square, and walk around 7-8 minutes to Harju street which leads to Kullassepa street. It is easiest to explore the Old Town by foot. I recommend taxis for longer distances. It is cheaper to order a taxi by phone (they speak English), check for phone numbers on the information sheet in the apartment. If you have your own car, please ask about the parking situation in the Old Town.
