The living room sofa also transforms into a comfortable sleeping space for two. Baby cots and dining chairs are available upon previous request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families.
As the apartment is situated on the ground floor, access is hassle-free, and the bedroom windows face a quiet and closed yard.
Bus stops are approximately 200 meters away, and the apartment's ground-floor location facilitates easy luggage transport.
Nestled in a quiet residential area within the Old Town, the apartment is surrounded by 5-star hotels, restaurants, and historic landmarks. A supermarket is conveniently located just 5 minutes down the same street.
-A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
