Large 150 m2 4 bedroom apartment is located next to Prime minister office and viewing platforms in most prestigious part of Old Town. Apartment is located on 2 floors in historic building and features 4 bedroom with 180 cm king size double beds and 90 cm single beds. Apartment has 2 bathrooms. In the livingroom there is a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube capabilities.
Toompea is most prestigious area of Old Town. Parliament, Prime Ministers Office, Cathedral and main viewing platforms are just steps away. It is governmental and residential area thus quiet in the evenings.
-A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in
