THE SPACE
Situated on Kohtu Street — one of Toompea Hill's most serene and prestigious addresses — this generously proportioned apartment impresses from the moment you step inside. Soaring ceilings, large windows, and views of Tallinn's cobblestone streets create an atmosphere of understated elegance rarely found in the Old Town.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, making it equally suited to a relaxed family stay or a group of friends. Town Hall Square is just a 650-metre stroll away, and the entire Old Town is within easy walking distance. A supermarket is located a 5-minute walk away for those who prefer to cook in.
Fast Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are all included. Parking is available nearby at 20 € per day. The taxi fare to the airport is approximately 12–15 €, and to the port around 8–10 €.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighborhood hosts embassies and government offices, it is just 150 meters from the Parliament building, and a five-minute walk down hill to the livelier area of the Old Town, full of restaurants and bars.

The main railway station (Balti jaam) is a 10-minute walk away, many buses, trams etc start from there. The entire Old Town is of walking distance, for longer trips, taxis are fairly cheap. It is cheaper to order a taxi by phone (they speak English), check for phone numbers on the information sheet in the apartment. If you have your own car, please ask about the parking situation in the Old Town.
