A huge 186 m² apartment in a 15th-century landmark building in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town – with a sauna, a jacuzzi, a fireplace and a large terrace overlooking the Old Town. Four sleeping areas make it a great choice for larger groups.
THE SPACE
Historic details – stone carvings, exposed limestone walls and wooden beams – meet a modern renovation. The living room opens onto a large terrace with Old Town views (furnished from May to September), and the first floor has air conditioning.
First floor: two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a separate TV room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. The bedrooms and TV room look out over the Old Town, St Nicholas' Church and the city wall.
Second floor: a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a fourth sleeping area with two single beds, and a large bathroom with a sauna.
Every window has a view of the town.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The building dates from the 15th century and is under cultural heritage protection. Within walking distance:
- Town Hall Square: 3 minutes
- Rimi supermarket: 3 minutes
- Rotermann Quarter (shops and restaurants): 7 minutes
- Viru and Kaubamaja shopping centres: 9 minutes
- Toompea Hill and its viewing platforms: 10 minutes
The Old Town is best explored on foot.

- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in
