From living room there is access to the terrace. Due to cold season the terrace will be furnished from May to September.
There are 2 bedroom with two queen size beds on first floor. There is also separate TV room with sofa bed. Bedrooms and TV rooms have views on Old town, St. Nicolas Church and city wall. First floor features also a bathroom with shower and jacuzzy.
Second floor features bedroom with queen size bed and single bed. Fourth sleeping area has two single beds. There is a large bathroom with sauna on this floor.
All windows have views on the town. The walls are exposing historic materials of lime stone and wooden beams.
Apartment is situated in the heart of Old Town. Building itself is under cultural heritage protection form 15th century.
Town Hall square is 3 minutes walking distance.
Toompea hill and castle with viewing platforms are 10 minutes walking distance
Rimi Supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance
Viru and Kaubamaja shopping malls are 9 minutes walking distance
The Rotermann Quarter with shops and restaurants is 7 minutes walking distance

- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in
