THE SPACE
Rising across five floors of a historic Old Town building on Olevimägi Street, this exceptional townhouse is one of Tallinn's most spacious and characterful group accommodations. With five well-appointed bedrooms, a grand living room, and a private sauna, it comfortably hosts up to 12 guests in genuine Old Town style.

The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and all the essentials for communal cooking and dining. The sauna provides a quintessentially Nordic touch — perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Central heating ensures warmth throughout, and fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

Oleviste Church — one of Tallinn's most iconic landmarks — is steps away, and the city wall, Town Hall Square, and the best restaurants of the Old Town are all within easy walking distance. Open-air parking is available nearby at 20 € per day. Bed linen, towels, and a final clean are included.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in the heart of Old Town. Most of the sight are walking distance. House is located on the port side of Old Town thus it is around 15-20 minutes walk to the port. Kultuurikatel where many events are taking place is aroud 600 meters away.

HOUSE RULES
- A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying
- Photo ID is required for check-in.

THE SPACE
Spread over two levels and 167 m², the apartment has five quiet, private bedrooms – ideal for large families and groups travelling together. The windows look out onto the Old Town streets, the inner courtyard and St Olaf's (Oleviste) church tower, once the tallest building in the world.

The separate kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster, and there's a washing machine, iron, central heating, TV and Wi-Fi.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Pikk Street is especially convenient if you arrive by ferry – you can walk from the port. Town Hall Square is a 5-minute walk, a Rimi supermarket is on the same street and some of the city's best restaurants are just steps away. Please contact us about parking options.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire apartment is yours. Self check-in – key information is sent 2 days before arrival, so you can arrive at your own convenience.
