Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated. - Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed - Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00 - Smoking is not allowed indoors - If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying - Photo ID is required for check-in.

The apartment in located on most beautiful street of Old Town. It is especially well located in case you are arriving by boat and would like to walk from the port. This huge 2 level apartment has 5 bedrooms and has capacity for 12 people. All the rooms are very quiet and private. From the apartment windows here are views on Old Town streets. inner yard and even to Oleviste church tower what was once highest building in the world.
