90m2 two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and sauna. Located in lovely quiet yard in the heart of Old Town. Town Hall Square less than 5 minutes on foot.
Comfortable stay for up to 7 persons.
The partment, with a private entrance, is located in best part of Old Town. Apartment has 2 bathrooms with a shower. One of the bathrooms also has a sauna. The space is very bright with large windows towards yard. One of the bedrooms has queen size 160 cm bed. Other bedroom features 3 singe beds of 90 cm size.
The living room has a dining area. There is a sofa bed for 2 additional sleeping places. Kitchen is in separated room.
Located in the middle of the historic Tallinn Old Town, just minutes by foot to some of the best restaurants, sights and museums around.
Town Hall square is 4 minutes walking distance.
Toompea hill and castle with viewing platforms are 10 minutes walking distance
Rimi Supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance
Viru and Kaubamaja shopping malls are 9 minutes walking distance
The Rotermann Quarter with shops and restaurants is 7 minutes walking distance
Everything is short walking distance.
-A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 50 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in
