Bright and Spacious: The apartment is designed to be bright and spacious, with a large living room and a separate kitchen featuring a dining table. Relax in the comfortable living room, which serves as a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
-A refundable security deposit of 200€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in

The apartment is well located cloe to the tourist office and in front of the Niguliste museum, but despite that central location very quiet also in th evening and at nigt and very sunny. The kitchen is well equipped and provides basic aminities like coffee, tea, salt and pepper,sugar, dishwasher tablets and sopa. We missed a dishcloth.
The TV set remained a secret and we could not connect to international channles: a more profound users guide would be appropriate. Similarly the use of a double coding for door and keycave is cumbersome and the latter did even not open when dropping the keys. Finally, bed sheeting and down blanket were too small for 2 adults, so we ended up using either of them separately. And yes, the apartment is on the 4th floor, which is a lot of stairs after a day walking in beautiful Tallinn. |
