• The fully equipped modern kitchen includes essential amenities such as a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Whether you're planning to cook a homemade meal or just make a hot drink, everything you need is at your disposal.
• Situated in the heart of Tallinn, the apartment is within a 300-meter walking distance from Town Hall Square, where you can find the closest supermarket. This central location provides easy access to the city's attractions.
• The shower room is stocked with shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. A blow dryer and towels are also provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Should you need an iron and an ironing board, then we are ready to assist; simply let us know in advance.
-A refundable security deposit of 100€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Photo ID is required for check-in.
