THE SPACE
The studio is spacious and well equipped, and the whole apartment is yours. The building also has shared balconies and luggage lockers (2 €).

Look out of the window at the historic streets and the bustle of the Old Town, knowing you've already arrived.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Kullassepa Street runs right off Town Hall Square, the lively heart of the Old Town, full of restaurants, cafés and bars. Tallinn's Old Town is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe – everything is within walking distance.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire apartment is yours. Self check-in – key information is sent 2 days before arrival, so you can arrive at your own convenience.

HOUSE RULES
- A refundable security deposit of 100€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in

THE SPACE
Nestled on Kullassepa Street — one of the Old Town's most charming cobblestone lanes — this compact yet well-equipped studio is an ideal retreat for two. At 26 m², it makes clever use of every square metre, offering a separate kitchen, a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials for cooking in. A washing machine, iron, TV, and fast Wi-Fi round out the home comforts. Open-air parking is available nearby at 15 € per day. Bed linen, towels, and a final clean are included.
