Solaris and Viru shopping malls, as well as a big grocery store, are less than a 5-minute walk away for hassle-free shopping. Experience Tallinn's lively nightlife with major clubs such as Hollywood within a 5-minute walk.
Immerse yourself in the historic sights, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, all conveniently accessible on foot. Explore the Old Town on foot, and enjoy affordable taxi rides to the airport (10-15 EUR) and the port (8-10 EUR).
-A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.

- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
