Enjoy modern conveniences, including a washing machine/dryer in the building, high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), a balcony, sauna, air conditioning in the living room, and open-air parking near the building for 15€ per night (pre-booking needed, spots are limited).

- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
