THE SPACE
Situated on Kohtu Street — one of Toompea Hill's most serene and prestigious addresses — this generously proportioned apartment impresses from the moment you step inside. Soaring ceilings, large windows, and views of Tallinn's cobblestone streets create an atmosphere of understated elegance rarely found in the Old Town.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, making it equally suited to a relaxed family stay or a group of friends. Town Hall Square is just a 650-metre stroll away, and the entire Old Town is within easy walking distance. A supermarket is located a 5-minute walk away for those who prefer to cook in.

Fast Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are all included. Parking is available nearby at 20 € per day. The taxi fare to the airport is approximately 12–15 €, and to the port around 8–10 €.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighborhood hosts embassies and government offices, it is just 150 meters from the Parliament building, and a five-minute walk down hill to the livelier area of the Old Town, full of restaurants and bars.

he apartment is perfect for a couple or a family, with beds for up to five people. Located in the quietest area of the Old Town, the apartment offers the possibility to explore the medieval town without the hassle of a commute. The fully equipped kitchen and a recently opened supermarket (five minute walk) offer a cheaper alternative for dining out every night.

GETTING AROUND
The main railway station (Balti jaam) is a 10-minute walk away, many buses, trams etc start from there. The entire Old Town is of walking distance, for longer trips, taxis are fairly cheap. It is cheaper to order a taxi by phone (they speak English), check for phone numbers on the information sheet in the apartment. If you have your own car, please ask about the parking situation in the Old Town.

The team members are all locals and they are more than happy to recommend you places to visit suitable to your taste.

- Arrival outside reception hours: free

HOUSE RULES
- A refundable security deposit of 200€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Photo ID is required for check-in

Ground-Floor 2BR | 75m², Steps from Town Hall Sq

A spacious 75 m² two-bedroom apartment in the Old Town, just steps from Town Hall Square. On the ground floor – no stairs with luggage – with bedroom windows facing a quiet, closed courtyard. Sleeps up to 7.

THE SPACE
The cosy living room has an open-plan kitchen with everything you need, and a dining area for 3.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Master bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm)
- Second bedroom: three single beds (90 cm)
- Living room: sofa bed for two
Please note that one bedroom is a walk-through room to the other.

The bright, spacious bathroom has a separate shower and a bath. Baby cots and dining chairs are available on request – just let us know before arrival.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Tourist Information Centre – starting point for free guided tours – is right on the corner, and the best restaurants, cafés and sights are only steps away. Easy to reach by car, train, taxi, ferry or public transport, with bus stops about 200 m away. Our office, 3 minutes from the apartment, can hold your luggage.
