THE SPACE
Located on Vana-Posti Street — one of the Old Town's most central and lively addresses — this 2-bedroom apartment puts you just 350 metres from Town Hall Square and within easy walking distance of Tallinn's finest restaurants, historic landmarks, and vibrant nightlife.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and the fully equipped kitchen means you can cook in as easily as you dine out. Fast Wi-Fi, quality bed linen, and towels are all included.

Solaris shopping centre and a large grocery store are less than a 5-minute walk away. Major nightlife venues, including Hollywood Club, are equally close. Taxis to the airport run 10–15 € and to the port 8–10 €. On-site parking is available at 15 € per night — a real convenience in the Old Town.

Most things are walking distance. Airport taxi ride costs around 9 EUR. Taxi to port around 7-8 EUR.

HOUSE RULES
- A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in
