This three-bedroom apartment occupies a genuine 15th-century merchant's house on Rüütli — one of the Old Town's most celebrated streets. The building itself is a piece of living history: thick stone walls, original architectural details, and a sense of permanence that no modern construction can replicate. Yet inside, every modern comfort has been thoughtfully provided.

Property is situated in the heart of old town. It is a bit away from all the bars and restaurants so it is quiet. There is grocery store less than 5 min away. Also Rataskaevu steet is know as best restaurants street in Old town. Town hall square and most of other historic sights are minutes walk away.

Best way to explore the old town is on the foot.

The main railway station (Balti jaam) is a 10-minute walk away, many buses, trams etc start from there. The entire Old Town is of walking distance, for longer trips, taxis are fairly cheap. It is cheaper to order a taxi by phone (they speak English), check for phone numbers on the information sheet in the apartment. If you have your own car, please ask about the parking situation in the Old Town.

A spacious 75 m² two-bedroom apartment in the Old Town, just steps from Town Hall Square. On the ground floor – no stairs with luggage – with bedroom windows facing a quiet, closed courtyard. Sleeps up to 7.
THE SPACE
The cosy living room has an open-plan kitchen with everything you need, and a dining area for 3.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Master bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm)
- Second bedroom: three single beds (90 cm)

Please note that one bedroom is a walk-through room to the other.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Tourist Information Centre – starting point for free guided tours – is right on the corner, and the best restaurants, cafés and sights are only steps away. Easy to reach by car, train, taxi, ferry or public transport, with bus stops about 200 m away. Our office, 3 minutes from the apartment, can hold your luggage.
