A beautiful spread-out two bedroom apartment 50 meters from the very center of the historic Old Town - the Town Hall Square.
The apartment has a unique feel to it, it has been renovated to modern standards yet breathes of history with wooden beams and stone wall outlines. There are two separate bedrooms, a large living and dining room and a walk-through kitchen.
Suitable for two couples or groups of friends. Perfect for families. Great for short sightseeing trips, especially for a lazy traveler. There is a 24 hour convenience store 20 meters from the front door, a kitchen for cooking, or dozens if not more, places for take away or more fancy cooking.
Tallinn's Old Town is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Europe, and the apartment is situated right in the middle of all the history. The apartment has a unique medieval feel, yet also electricity, running water, wifi and heating, not to mention the comfy sofa. Feel like you have lived in the Old Town for years, even if you are only staying for a night.
-A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in
