Spacious 2 bedroom luxury house with sauna is situated in the quiet street of Old town. You will be situated in the heart of old town with modern comforts.
2 bedroom apartment with large living area with dining and kitchen. Rooms are large and specious and recently furbished. Apartment is fitted with comfortable queen size beds. Windows are towards quiet church court yard and Old town street. The sauna gives the possibility to experience the long traditions of Nordic countries.
Old Town in the main attraction of the Tallinn. Central point of the Old Town Town Hall Square is just 400 meters away. Old town attractions are all waking distance. It is also great for shopping as Solaris and Viru shopping malls are less than 5 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants around and the place is hotspot for night life with major clubs such as Hollywood within 5 minutes walk.
Most things are walking distance. Airport taxi ride costs around 12-15 EUR. Taxi to port around 7-10 EUR.
-A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Photo ID is required for check-in
