This duplex apartment unfolds over 2 floors, providing a spacious and sophisticated retreat. Enjoy a stylish living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with high-end amenities for a seamless culinary experience.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm), while the second bedroom on a separate floor offers two single beds (90 cm). Each bedroom boasts its own connected bathroom for added convenience. If traveling with little ones, baby cots and dining chairs can be provided upon request with advance notice.
Easily reach the 4th-floor apartment via the available elevator.
Secure your parking space for €15 per night. Kindly inform us in advance to reserve this amenity.
For ferry arrivals, the apartment is conveniently close to the port, and from the airport, a taxi ride (approximately €12-15) is recommended.
Situated on the town hall square you are located in the heart of old town. Sights, restaurants, shops and night life is only steps away. No need to use of taxis or public transport.
Old town is best to explore on foot.
-A refundable security deposit of 200€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.
- Pets are not allowed
- Photo ID is required for check-in
