THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighborhoods host embassies and government offices, it is just 150 meters from the Parliament building, and a five-minute walk down hill to the livelier area of the Old Town, full of restaurants and bars. Literally look out of the window at the armies of tourists walking by knowing that you have already arrived at your accommodation.
Tallinn's Old Town is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Europe, and the apartment is situated right in the middle of all the history. Feel like you have lived in the Old Town for years, even if you are only staying for a night.
GETTING AROUND
The main railway station (Balti jaam) is a 5-minute walk away, many buses, trams etc start from there. The entire Old Town is of walking distance, for longer trips, taxis are fairly cheap. It is cheaper to order a taxi by phone (they speak English), check for phone numbers on the information sheet in the apartment. If you have your own car, please ask about the parking situation in the Old Town.
