The entire apartment is at your disposal, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. The building offers shared luggage hold lockers for 2€, adding to the convenience of your visit.
-A refundable security deposit of 100€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages.
- No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.
- Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed
- Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying.

Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment right in the middle of one of the Old Town's most valued streets – Pikk street. The street runs through half of the Old Town and is closed to traffic, making the apartment very quiet.
In an old building, the apartment has been refurbished to modern standards.
The apartment is great for couples or small families. The apartment is high up (4th floor) in the building and there is no elevator, but many of the sights worth seeing in Tallinn are just a short walk away. There is a grocery store on the same street (150 meters away) and the kitchen is fully equipped - if you do not want to take advantage of the numerous restaurants close by.
Apartment is situated in the heart of the historic sights, restaurants and night life. Most convenient way to get around in the Old town is on foot. Cost of taxi to airport is around 12-15 EUR, to the port 8-10 EUR.
